INTRO TO ARTISAN BREAD BAKING for the HOME BAKER
Sunday, January 15, 2012 7:45am-2pm
Learn to make basic hearth baked breads from start to finish, with an emphasis on dough handling and oven loading. Discussions include formulation, bakers math, time and temperature considerations and planning for quality bread. Hand mix dough at the beginning of class and go home with your own loaves. Price includes coffee, scones, and flatbread lunch.
$125 per person, payment required in full at time of registration
RUSTIC AND OLD FASHIONED BREAKFAST PASTRIES

Learn to bake authentic Hungarian pastries, cinnamon rolls, and rustic fruit galettes. This hands-on class will have you learning and working on dough and filling mixing, assembly and baking. Take home beautiful pastries!
$95 per person, payment due in full at time of registration.
